Our routine cleanings are designed to keep your home consistently fresh, comfortable, and under control. Every visit includes the core tasks below, with a few adjustments based on whether you choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service.

  • Wipe fingerprints and smudges from commonly touched areas (light switches, door handles)

  • Tidy and straighten

  • Empty trash and replace liners

  • Vacuum carpets/rugs and edges where reachable

  • Sweep and mop hard floors

  • Spot clean interior glass/mirrors as needed

Kitchen

  • Wipe and sanitize countertops and backsplash

  • Wipe exterior of appliances

  • Clean sink and faucet

  • Wipe cabinet fronts and handles (high-touch areas)

  • Wipe stovetop surface (and exterior hood front if reachable)

  • Table and chair wipe-down as needed

  • Floors swept and mopped

Bathrooms

  • Clean and sanitize toilet, sink, and countertop

  • Scrub shower/tub walls and fixtures

  • Clean mirrors and glass

  • Wipe exterior of cabinets/vanity and handles

  • Floors swept and mopped

Bedrooms/Living Areas

  • Dust reachable surfaces and décor

  • Vacuum/sweep/mop floors

  • Light wipe of obvious smudges on interior doors/trim where needed

NOTE:

  1. We clean what we can safely reach using a standard step stool.

  2. We do not move heavy furniture, but we will clean around it and reach what’s accessible.

  3. Add-ons available upon request: inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, baseboards (full-home), dishes, and deep organization.

  • Empty trash and replace liners (client-provided liners preferred)

  • Dust reachable surfaces (front desk, shelving, ledges, décor)

  • Wipe smudges from glass doors and interior glass as needed

  • Clean and disinfect high-touch points (door handles, light switches, rails)

  • Spot clean walls and doors where needed (fingerprints/smudges)

  • Vacuum carpets/rugs and edges where reachable

  • Sweep and mop floors

Offices / Work Areas

  • Empty trash and tidy surfaces (light straightening)

  • Dust desks and surfaces (paperwork is not moved unless cleared)

  • Wipe/disinfect high-touch areas (phones, handles, switches)

  • Clean glass/mirrors as needed

  • Vacuum/sweep/mop floors

Breakroom / Kitchenette

  • Wipe and disinfect countertops and tables

  • Clean sink and faucet

  • Wipe exterior of appliances

  • Wipe cabinet fronts/handles (high-touch)

  • Empty trash

  • Sweep and mop floors

Restrooms

  • Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals (if present), sinks, counters

  • Clean mirrors and stainless/chrome fixtures

  • Disinfect high-touch points (handles, dispensers, switches)

  • Refill consumables if provided onsite (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)

  • Empty trash and sanitize touchpoints

  • Sweep and mop floors
